Fair, practical support with clear expectations from the start.

*Applies to standard software, Wi-Fi, email, Microsoft 365 and setup issues where no practical fix or workaround is provided. A minimum 1-hour charge applies to all visits. Hardware faults, damaged equipment, data recovery, third-party outages and complex issues are diagnosed and charged by time.

No Call-Out Fee Within My Usual Service Area

For normal on-site visits within my usual service area, I do not add a separate call-out or travel-time fee.

I am based around Chatswood and generally cover about a 45-minute drive under normal traffic conditions.

A standard minimum labour charge applies to on-site visits.

Further travel is available by arrangement for larger jobs, ongoing clients or urgent work, with travel time charged where appropriate.

Remote support is available almost anywhere.
