Hi, I'm Phillip Sewell

I've been helping people with their technology for over 15 years. As a sole trader, when you call IT Neighbour, you get me — not a call centre, not a random technician. You get someone who knows your setup, remembers your preferences, and genuinely wants to help.

I am based around Chatswood and provide personalised IT support to homeowners and small businesses across Sydney's Lower North Shore and surrounding areas. I believe technology should make your life easier, not harder.

I speak plain English, I'm patient, and I treat your home and office with respect. Whether you need help with a stubborn printer or want to overhaul your entire home network, I'm here to help.

Fair, practical support with clear expectations from the start.

*Applies to standard software, Wi-Fi, email, Microsoft 365 and setup issues where no practical fix or workaround is provided. A minimum 1-hour charge applies to all visits. Hardware faults, damaged equipment, data recovery, third-party outages and complex issues are diagnosed and charged by time.

No Call-Out Fee Within My Usual Service Area

Normal on-site visits within my usual service area do not have a separate call-out or travel-time fee. A standard minimum labour charge applies.

I am based around Chatswood and generally cover locations within about a 45-minute drive in normal traffic.

Further travel is available by arrangement, and remote support is available almost anywhere.
